Gene Bilbrew (1923–1974) was an American freelance cartoonist featured in various magazines, newspapers and publications during his long career. Bilbrew produced cartoons for everything from African American newspapers to children's humor to lottery number booklets. However, Gene Bilbrew is best known for his stylish comic art.
